Still the same fun - As always a fun filled WEEKEND and Labor Day gives us One more day!  What is filled with family fun for one and all? “It’s River Wars; it’s River War” It’s fun for family, friends, and horses. 

Iron Bog's Baroness Creatura Christi of Oaks would like to invite one and all to River War for a weekend full of good times with family and friends.
Are you still dreaming of those nights at Pennsic? Did you not get to go to Pennsic? Well here is a chance to set up your tent or even bring out the RV.  **Please Note those who wish to hook up an RV with electric- the site is charging a $25.00 hook-up fee
This is a wonderful fun weekend event where you can Camp, Fight, Fence, Shoot, Throw, Dance, Ride (horses), Share skills, Shop and Eat, see a play… what a marvelous thing!

CAMPING Breakfast:  - Those of you who have come out to camp – fear not the morning hassle of making breakfast.  Included in the camping fee there will be a “get you started on your day” breakfast available both Saturday and Sunday morning.  Just remember your feast gear.

EQUESTRIAN CHAMPION COMPETITION:  Iron Bog's Baroness Creatura Christi of Oaks would like to invite all of those that enjoy a bit of competition to come out and be the first Iron Bog champion of equestrian.  Anyone may enter the competition, but only citizens of Iron Bog and the surrounding territories that share borders with Iron Bog may be Champion.  With the size of the arena (2 to 3 times the size of the previous site’s arena) we can commit to a fun challenging competition course.  If you wish to bring your horse(s) to this event, please contact the equestrian marshal-in-charge prior to the event.  All horses attending the event must have a current Coggins test, and horses traveling from outside New Jersey must have a current 30-day interstate health certificate, per SCA Equestrian regulations.  Equine health paperwork can be transmitted to the marshal-in-charge (chestnutmare@gmail.com -Baroness Doucette de Verdun) in advance via fax or email, or produced at the event prior to unloading the horse from the trailer.  Sorry, no rental horses are currently available for this event.

And let us not forget the food.  Are you camping there will be dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning which is included in your camping fee.  There will be lunch and dinner available on both Saturday and Sunday but you must pre reg for all lunch and dinner.

Please note that the only reservation is a paid reservation.  Also, if you would like to pre-reserve for one of the additional meals, you also need to send payment for either a Day Trip or Camping fee as well.  Please indicate a note with your check detailing exactly what you are paying for, even if you think it is obvious!!!  With the many options for meals and camping versus day trips, we don't want to play detective to figure out exactly what we are signing you up for!!!

No cutting of live trees. 
The site is discretely damp.  ** ALL GLASS CONTAINERS MUST LEAVE WITH YOU.
Motor vehicles MUST BE parked in designated parking areas.  If you have special needs please contact the site autocrat.
