Different weekend -- Different site -- NEW set up
Notes about the Site:

This a new site and a new date
Bring your pavilions/canopies and Chairs
The site is leashed dog friendly
Those who wish to hook up an RV with electric- the site is charging a $25.00 hook-up fee
Friday night the dinner will be mundane
Dinner will be outside under a Pavilion
Discreetly damp - *Please keep in a period looking holders
Empty bottles must leave with you.
No ground fires – above ground fire pits allowed
No cutting of live trees for fire wood
Motor vehicles MUST BE parked in designated parking areas
Times are subject to be change if needed

Times and Schedule:
Troll gate times:  Friday 3pm – 11pm, Saturday 8am -3pm, and Sunday 9am – 12pm

Meals:

11:30 – 1:30:  We’ll kick off with a wounds-retained bear pit to let everyone get warmed up.
2:30 – 4:30:  Round-robin tournament to determine winners in each division.

11:00:  Youth Combat area opens for sign-in, armoring up, and inspections
11:30 – 1:30:  We’ll split into teams and try some melee scenarios.
2:30 – 4:30:  Unwind with some mayhem, including Roman melees and a “hunger games” scenario.

The Up and Comers Tournament-This tournament is open only to OSRs and anyone who does not have a Kingdom polling fencing award, or Society level fencing award.

SAT 3:00pm to 4:30pm:  A section of the rapier field well be set aside for cut-and-thrust practice.

Please note that the only reservation is a paid reservation.  Also, if you would like to pre-reserve for one of the additional meals, you also need to send payment for either a Day Trip or Camping fee as well.  Please indicate a note with your check detailing exactly what you are paying for, even if you think it is obvious!!!  With the many options for meals and camping versus day trips, we don't want to play detective to figure out exactly what we are signing you up for!!!
