The Shire of Smithwick will again play host for our Harvest Ball on on Saturday, September 30th.
 

This year we continue our tradition of a potluck, music, and dancing.   As usual, prizes will be awarded for the best personally crafted masque, main dish, subtlety, and most pleasing table.

 
The site opens at 11:00 for setup, with the ball to begin at 1:00.   We end when most folks decide that it should.

 
This is a wet site.

Admission is free to those 12 and under, $1.00 for paid SCA members, and $6.00 for everyone else.

Directions:
From the north, make your way south down U.S.   Route 1 to Littleton.    You will pass the Littleton Pit Stop gas station on the right.    After another 1.6 miles, turn right onto Wiley Road.    Travel 1 mile and the Meduxnekeag Ramblers clubhouse will be on the right.    (If the pavement turns to gravel, you have just gone a bit too far.)

 

From the east or south, make your way to the intersection of I-95 Exit 302 and U.S.   Route 1.    Head north on U.S.  Route 1 past Walmart and the Big Stop truck stop and travel 5.2 miles.    Turn left onto Wiley Road.   Travel 1 mile and the Meduxnekeag Ramblers clubhouse will be on the right.    (If the pavement turns to gravel, you have just gone a bit too far.)

Site : Admission is free to those 12 and under, $1.00 for paid SCA members, and $6.00 for everyone else.

Merchant space inside the hall and amenities are basically non-existent.  However, merchants are welcome if they are completely self-sufficient to set up outside the hall.
